Knowing I had a fondness for technological dead ends, My much missed friend, Tore Gill, gifted me this 3D stereo lens attachment. Stereoscopes for mobile phones are easy to get now, so I wondered if I could shoot some stereo movies.
I started with stills, and learned the value of having a strong central image and a simple background.

To view the images you need to look at one with each eye.
At first you should see four images.
Now try to place the two central images on top of one another.
If you struggle, try making the picture bigger or smaller on your screen.
The middle image should leap into 3D.
This will only work if you possess two eyes, don't worry if you don't, you're not missing a huge amount here.
